Meet Our Team
Daniel A. Pinkham, Jr.
Principal Consultant and Owner
30+ years of operational execution. Not theory.
Bringing more than three decades of experience building and guiding operations and project management teams, Dan is an expert in process and performance improvement. He specializes in connecting people and ideas to enable collaborative solutions.
Dan gained extensive operational experience in chemical, fiberglass and mining industries before launching Lakehurst Consulting. With an MBA from Marshall University, a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine, Dan also holds a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Dan is a Certified Management Consultant® (CMC®), having completed a rigorous examination process and demonstrated the ability to meet clients’ needs and the certification requirements of the Institute of Management Consultants USA (IMC USA). He is required and pledges to adhere to IMC USA’s Code of Ethics, which guarantees the integrity of his work and quality to all Lakehurst Consulting clients.
Dan is also the author of Stop Fixing Problems – Start Solving Them.
